We have recently seen lone wolf attacks against the live-streamed genocide in Gaza. The lack of accountability, impunity, of the daily horrors we see, and perpetrators who shamelessly and publicly celebrate these atrocities make it unbearable for some! Especially now the famine is on record-highs while the UN still didn’t declare famine.
The famine in Gaza is at an all-time high whereby mass numbers of people are starving to death. Although the UN and Western states saw this coming, they failed to interfere. Collapsing humans and starving children has now been a ‘normal’ image. The Jewish state is committing the most brutal genocide in modern history, and the fact that nobody interferes shows their widespread influence in the world. On the other hand, Israel’s weaponization of their perpetual victim narrative has reached pathological levels, and all of this is very frustrating for normal humans in the world who want an end to the mass killings of Palestinians.
As a (natural) consequence of the apocalyptic reality in Gaza, some can’t bear it longer, and they explode. Unlike what many people would think, you don’t need to be an extremist, mentally ill, or in any other way abnormal to kill people. In some cases the circumstances were abnormal, not the killer himself. There are numerous scholars and experiments in social science that say that every human is capable of murdering, given the right circumstances. Only the threshold differs, some higher than others.
Elias Rodriguez was one of them. The 31-year-old man who killed 2 diplomats has no history of violence at all. He was a normal, educated person who liked art and music. I must say, since he is, fortunately, alive. Rodriguez was also an idealist and politically active: he has joined Black Lives Matter and anti-genocide protests. He had several jobs, among others, as a content writer in the technology sector, as a researcher, and as an oral teacher. Therefore, he appeared to be an ordinary person. Not much about his private life is revealed, and his social media accounts are closed by the authorities. It’s for sure that if he had a violent history, it would have been made public. In comparison, they did it with George Floyd although he was the victim! The authorities made every piece of information about Floyd public that was negative.
If we can describe the anti-genocide arrested and prosecuted activists, it’s that the majority of them are first offenders, like Rodriguez. Rodriguez was, among others, disgusted about the racist murder of 6-year-old Palestinian boy Adea al-Fayoume in Chicago, whose picture was displayed in his apartment window. Of course, the surrealistic horrors in Gaza, which have been going on for 20 months, are most likely the first and foremost reason. His action scared many so much that all the so-called pro-Palestinian (front) organisations called it a false flag operation. But his manifesto shows that his motivations are authentic, which I will publish in this article. Not to glorify the killings, although there are morally justified reasons, but in order that the public can understand the truth of what happened. Refusing to confront the content of these texts often creates an information vacuum that is quickly filled by hoax documents, conspiracy theories, or selective leaks from authorities that can distort the facts.
How Israel is blackmailing the world
The live-stream genocide that seemingly no state, organization or human can or is willing to stop. States have the obligation to interfere in a genocide, even with force if necessary, but no state in the world, with the exception of Yemen, is doing it. On the contrary, many support it. After 21 months of genocide, the public opinion in Europe has shifted against the genocide, and it’s only now that European countries are ‘threatening’ to impose sanctions. Even though the EU knows that Gaza is the worst man-made humanitarian catastrophe of modern history, according to leaked documents. The EU will review the association agreement with Israel, but it’s already clear that they won’t cancel it, simply because they don’t want that. The UK has ‘suspended’ free trade talks with the genocidal state, which also doesn’t mean anything. Even the Israeli media have said that these threats are meaningless. The recognition of a Palestinian state by several countries is a positive step, yet it’s not sufficient.
A recent tweet of the Dutch prime minister that his message to Israel to give immediate and unhindered access to food for the Gaza population was publicly debunked by the Israeli president! The recent criticism of France was answered with a threat to make the streets of Paris insecure, and Spain’s recognition of Palestine was rude and undiplomatically answered. It’s crystal clear: rogue state. Israel doesn’t care a fuck: they reject blackmail the critics. Only real sanctions can stop them, which are still not imposed.
The largest power outage in Spain ever in April that paralysed the whole country could also be a cyberattack done by Israel. Spain was one of the loudest critics of Israel within Europe. The same can be said about the cyberattack of the French (nuclear) submarine on July the 23rd. It’s clear that such a sophisticated attack is done by a state actor.

The recent accusations against Trump regarding the Epstein issue are said to be done by Netanyahu/Mossad to blackmail him. The Epstein issue became a topic when Netanyahu visited the USA, and there is a clear connection between Epstein and Israel, as several Israeli politicians also visited the island. In addition to that, there are several claims that Epstein (a Jew) was a Mossad agent. Besides that, even pro-Trump influencer Tucker Carlson has said that Mossad is behind this story. As Judge Napolitano has said it also.
We have seen numerous times the fact that Netanyahu controls Trump: Trump tweeting that the Israeli court should not indict Netanyahu, a direct interference in the internal matters of a foreign country. Trump’s false accusation towards South Africa of committing genocide was a reaction to South Africa’s court case at the ICC of genocide against Israel.
Perhaps the best recorded case of blackmailing by Israel is the sex scandal of ICC prosecutor Karim Khan, who had to resign. Lawyer Nickolas Kaufman, who is linked with Netanyahu, has warned Khan that if the arrest warrants regarding Netanyahu and Gallant are not withdrawn, he would be “destroyed.”

How the United Nations and European Union are complicit too
If we analyse the UN or so-called human rights organisations, we come to the conclusion that they are also not doing their job; on the contrary, they are helping Israel by refusing to condemn their war crimes, by not denying their propaganda lies, and by refusing to take their own responsibility. For instance, the United Nations still didn’t declare famine in Gaza while people are literally starving; rather, they talk about the ‘risk of famine.’ And no human rights organisation in the world complains about this.

When famine is declared, the problem gets more international attention and financial resources. It could also make Israel legally responsible for the famine, but since there is no official famine in Gaza, nobody could be held responsible, as it doesn’t exist officially.
These organisations are not independent because they are funded by states. So, regarding Israel, there is no real pressure, no condemnation, no critique, no anything meaningful from anyone. Instead, they play with words and use words like deeply alarmed, saddening, heartbreaking, and worrying. A trick to not say: We condemn it. An internal leaked memo of the UN shows that Israel is behind the looting of aid trucks. Armed gangs by Israel have killed, kidnapped, and beaten aid truck drivers. Even though the UN knows it, in public they don’t deny Israel’s false claim that Hamas is looting aid trucks. Last week a senior doctor was kidnapped in front of the Red Cross, while a week ago one was assassinated.
Again: no condemnation from the United Nations, the Red Cross, human rights organisations, Europe, or the Vatican. Can you believe it: no condemnation for assassinating a doctor!! If they did, Israel wouldn’t be able to maintain this barbaric policy for such a long time.
The suffering gets unbearable for people with feelings of empathy
the slow death of Palestinians in front of 8 billion people, the behaviour of our complicit politicians, and Israeli politicians who make sadistic statements….
When all of this occurs in front of our eyes, it frustrates and angers many people. On top of that, many so-called pro-Palestinian organisations are deeply infiltrated or function as a front organization making them ineffective activist organisations. As a consequence of this, individual actions, or lone wolves, became the only viable option for those who can’t bear the horrific scenes any longer.
One of them was Aaron Bushnell, a 25-year-old soldier who died after setting himself on fire in front of the Israeli embassy in Washington, which was live-streamed on Twitch. Aaron said he would no longer be “complicit in genocide” and could no longer witness what Palestinians have been experiencing at the hands of their colonizers.

Bushnell’s death came nearly three months after a still-unknown protester engaged in a similar act at the Israeli consulate in Atlanta, where she suffered critical injuries. A third case of self-immolation occurred in September 2024 when 45-year-old Matt Nelson set himself on fire in front of the Israeli consulate in Boston and died a few days later. In a YouTube video before his act, he said:
“Most of us are too apathetic to care. The protest I’m about to engage in is a call to our government to stop supplying Israel with the money and weapons it uses to imprison and murder innocent Palestinians, to pressure Israel to end the genocide in Gaza, and to support the ICC indictment of Benjamin Netanyahu and other members of the Israeli government”.
The authorities have released minimal information about these 3 individuals who sacrificed themselves to stop the apocalyptic live-streamed Gaza genocide. Yet it shows that they could no longer bear the horrible images, and most likely they don’t have a past of violence.
The act of Elias Rodriguez did scare many people; suddenly people who are complicit in genocide realised they are not safe. It also scared the authorities, who feared that the anti-genocide activists may get violent and would sympathise with Elias the same way many people sympathised with Luigi Mangione for killing a CEO of a health care company. In order to control and prevent this, the authorities started a black propaganda campaign. Famous ‘pro-Palestine’ activists like Cenk Uygur, who said that Elias was “selfish” and it made the pro-Palestine movement look bad. How do you mean selfish? Selfish for the fact that he did an act while he knew that most likely it would put him in jail for the rest of his life or result in a potential death penalty! That’s not selfish; that’s self-sacrifice. Another astroturfing campaign was supposedly a call to free Elias Rodriguez whereby people and organisations could support it with a signature.
So far 48 individuals have signed it. But why should you sign it and put yourself under the attention of security services? They claim that public support is important. They also write that the authorities will seek a death penalty for Elias. Without protesting this concrete issue, they make it somehow more acceptable to the public. The letter also praises Iran for fighting against the genocide, while Iran could and should have done far more for Palestinians. It mainly limited itself to public statements. The organisations who signed this letter are all front organisations. Elias Rodriguez, who could have a bright future, has chosen to sacrifice himself for the suffering in Gaza. He wasn’t an extremist; he knew the consequences of his action, which was a targeted killing. The victims were diplomats who publicly and professionally defended the genocide.
The system defends those who support the genocide while it punishes people protesting AGAINST genocide, which contributes to increasing the anger of many people. In England the University of Cambridge got a court order that they must ban pro-Palestinian demonstrations on the campus. A judge who rules to ban a demonstration? This is pathetic and goes against every standard of democracy. Columbia University in the US has suspended or expelled 80 students who participated in anti-genocide protests! In this way the system closes every opportunity to make use of our democratic right to protest. It not only infuriates many but also opens the door for ‘illegal’ actions. A dictatorial system disguised as a ‘democracy’ is unacceptable!

Other lone wolves
Two weeks after Rodriguez’s courageous act, Mohamed Sabri Soliman threw a Molotov cocktail at several Israelis who were protesting for the return of Israeli prisoners of war (not hostages). Also in this case, not much about Mohamed is revealed. It’s a 45-year-old man from Egypt, married and father of 5 children. He used to be in a back-and-forth battle with his visa. Mohamed has said that he used YouTube to learn how to make a Molotov cocktail, which he threw at the pro-genocide demonstrators. An 85-year-old woman has died months later from her wounds. It would be ridiculous to charge him with murder since throwing a Molotov cocktail doesn’t kill people but can occasionally lead to it. What is even more appalling is that his wife and 5 minor children were arrested and detained in an ICE facility. Children between 4 and 17 years old in a jail! The youngest children were forced to watch a brawl, according to the mother. Their detainment is illegal, which their lawyer also confirmed.
The statement of Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem is truly scandalous. First, she implies that his wife and children knew about the attack. Then calling him a ‘terrorist’ and ‘illegal alien.’ How can he be a terrorist when the judge hasn’t ruled yet and when you, supposedly, are innocent until proven guilty? It shows the identity of this administration: not a democratic but a racist government.

In the Netherlands we also have a case with a Molotov cocktail. A 25-year-old man from Syria, without a permanent residency, threw a Molotov cocktail at the Israeli embassy in The Hague. Although nobody got injured and the building was slightly damaged, he received a 2.5-year imprisonment, which is extremely harsh for Dutch standards. He was also a first offender and said he did purposely target a building instead of the entrance where a security guard was located. Despite the fact that the court ruled that he brought the lives of persons in danger and rejected the arguments of his defence, who said that there is a low chance of recidivism, his residency and reuniting with his wife and children became far more difficult while he showed sorrow.

The suffering of Palestinians and the level of the genocide are the worst in modern history. Although Western countries have made some steps to end this, it’s still far from sufficient. The daily horrors, mocking the victims of genocide, threatening and blackmailing everyone who stands in the way of the genocidal Jews, and the deeply infiltrated and ineffective pro-Palestinian organisations all contribute to violent outbursts of lone wolves. The manifesto of Elias Rodriguez shows this; read it below.
May 20, 2025
Halilintar is a word that means something like thunder or lightning. In the wake of an act people look for a text to fix its meaning, so here’s an attempt. The atrocities committed by Israelis against Palestine defy description and defy quantification. Instead of reading descriptions mostly we watch them unfold on video, sometimes live. After a few months of rapidly mounting death tolls Israel had obliterated the capacity to even continue counting the dead, which has served its genocide well. At time of writing the Gaza health ministry records 53,000 killed by traumatic force, at least ten thousand lie under rubble, and who knows how many thousands more dead of preventable disease, hunger, with tens of thousands now at risk of imminent famine due to Israeli blockade, all enabled by Western and Arab government complicity. The Gaza information office includes the ten thousand under the rubble with the dead in their own count. In news reports there have been those “ten thousand” under the rubble for months now, despite the continual making of more rubble and repeated bombing of rubble again and again and the bombing of tents amid the rubble. Like the Yemen death toll which had been frozen at some few thousand for years under Saudi-UK-US bombardment before being belatedly revealed to stand at 500k dead, all of these figures are almost surely a criminal undercount. I have no trouble believing the estimates that put the toll at 100,000 or more. More have been murdered since March of this year than in “Protective Edge” and “Cast Lead” put together. What more at this point can one say about the proportion of mangled and burned and exploded human beings whom were children. We who let this happen will never deserve the Palestinians’ forgiveness. They’ve let us know as much.
An armed action is not necessarily a military action. It usually is not. Usually it is theater and spectacle, a quality it shares with many unarmed actions. Nonviolent protest in the opening weeks of the genocide seemed to signal some sort of turning point. Never before had so many tens of thousands joined the Palestinians in the streets across the West. Never before had so many American politicians been forced to concede that, rhetorically at least, the Palestinians were human beings, too. But thus far the rhetoric has not amounted to much. The Israelis themselves boast about their own shock at the free hand the Americans have given them to exterminate the Palestinians. Public opinion has shifted against the genocidal apartheid state, and the American government has simply shrugged, they’ll do without public opinion then, criminalize it where they can, suffocate it with bland reassurances that they’re doing all they can to restrain Israel where it cannot criminalize protest outright. Aaron Bushnell and others sacrificed themselves in the hopes of stopping the massacre and the state works to make us feel their sacrifice was made in vain, that there is no hope in escalating for Gaza and no point in bringing the war home. We can’t let them succeed. Their sacrifices were not made in vain.
The impunity that representatives of our government feel at abetting this slaughter should be revealed as an illusion, then. The impunity we see is the worst for those of us in immediate proximity to the genocidaires. A surgeon who treated victims of the Mayan genocide by the Guatemalan state recounts an instance in which he was operating on a patient who’d been critically injured during a massacre when, suddenly, armed gunmen entered the room and shot the patient to death on his operating table, laughing as they killed him. The physician said the worst part was seeing the killers, well known to him, openly swagger down local streets in the years after.
Elsewhere a man of conscience once attempted to throw Robert McNamara off a Martha’s Vineyard-bound ferry into the sea, incensed at the same impunity and arrogance he saw in that butcher of Vietnam as he sat in the ferry’s lounge laughing with friends. The man took issue with McNamara’s “very posture, telling you, ‘My history is fine, and I can be slumped over a bar like this with my good friend Ralph here and you’ll have to lump it.'” The man did not succeed in heaving McNamara off a catwalk into the water, the former secretary of state managed to cling to the railing and clamber back to his feet, but the assailant explicated the value of the attempt by saying “Well, I got him outside, just the two of us, and suddenly his history wasn’t so fine, was it?”
A word about the morality of armed demonstration. Those of us against the genocide take satisfaction in arguing that the perpetrators and abettors have forfeited their humanity. I sympathize with this viewpoint and understand its value in soothing the psyche which cannot bear to accept the atrocities it witnesses, even mediated through the screen. But inhumanity has long since shown itself to be shockingly common, mundane, prosaically human. A perpetrator may then be a loving parent, a filial child, a generous and charitable friend, an amiable stranger, capable of moral strength at times when it suits him and sometimes even when it does not, and yet be a monster all the same. Humanity doesn’t exempt one from accountability. The action would have been morally justified taken 11 years ago during Protective Edge, around the time I personally became acutely aware of our brutal conduct in Palestine. But I think to most Americans such an action would have been illegible, would seem insane. I am glad that today at least there are many Americans for which the action will be highly legible and, in some funny way, the only sane thing to do.
I love you Mom, Dad, baby sis, the rest of my familia, including you, O*****
